Why Thermostat Issues Are So Common in Florida
In Florida, a “blank thermostat” isn’t always a broken thermostat — it’s often a safety shutdown.
Your system’s float switch or transformer may cut power to prevent water leaks or electrical damage, which kills power to the thermostat.
That’s why a proper diagnosis matters.
Our technicians check:
- Float switches & drain lines for water blockage
- Low-voltage transformers
- Wiring integrity & control boards
- Thermostat software calibration
We pinpoint whether the problem lies with your thermostat or your HVAC system — saving you time, frustration, and unnecessary replacement costs.
