The Type of Company We Are
(Read This Carefully)
Three Guys Master Tradesmen is a performance-driven, team-first company built around accountability, craftsmanship, and long-term thinking.
We are not trying to build a place where people coast.
We are building a place where top performers thrive.
Our operating principle is simple:
If it’s good for the customer, good for the employee, and good for the company — we can make it work.
That alignment matters more than titles, ego, or shortcuts.
What We’re Building
We are actively growing into a multi-trade organization — HVAC, electrical, and additional trades over time — all under one roof.
Our goal is to become the go-to place for skilled trades professionals who want:
- Stability
- High earning potential
- Career growth
- Strong teammates
- Long-term opportunity
We believe the future belongs to well-rounded professionals, not siloed workers. That’s why we place a strong emphasis on:
- Cross-training between trades
- Continued education
- Expanding skill sets
The more capable you become, the more valuable you are — to the company, to customers, and to your own future.
We care deeply about return on investment — not just for the business, but for your time, effort, and career.
Who Thrives Here
The people who succeed at Three Guys Master Tradesmen:
- Take pride in craftsmanship
- Show up prepared and accountable
- Communicate clearly and honestly
- Want to improve, not just get by
- Work well with others
- Care about customers and teammates
Many people on our team are capable of starting their own companies.
Our job as an organization is to create an environment so strong that everything you’d want to build on your own, you can achieve right here — with better support, less risk, and more balance.
Doing Something vs. Doing It Right
There’s a difference between:
- Doing something
- And doing something right
We recognize that difference.
We talk about it.
And we strive for it.
Doing it right means:
- Thinking beyond shortcuts
- Considering the full system, not just one piece
- Making decisions that hold up over time
- Owning the outcome, not just the task
That mindset shows up in the details — and customers feel it.
Who This Is Not For
We want to be very clear.
This is not a good fit if you:
- Avoid accountability
- Need constant supervision
- Don’t work well with others
- Expect to be carried by the team
- Are looking for “easy money”
- Are lazy, inconsistent, or disengaged
Low performers do not make money here, do not last here, and do not enjoy working here — and that’s intentional. Protecting the culture is how we keep this a great place for high performers.
