Honoring the Animals Who Gave Us So Much
At Three Guys Master Tradesmen, we believe how you treat the most vulnerable says a lot about who you are.
A core part of our community involvement is dedicated to animals — specifically through our work with the local Humane Society. This effort is rooted in a deep love for animals that’s shared across our team and reflected in how we show up, both at work and beyond it.
Our volunteering program exists to share care, protection, and appreciation for those who can’t speak up for themselves — innocent souls who feel everything, trust deeply, and deserve better.
This program is personal.
It’s dedicated to three dogs who meant the world to us:
Khaos, Frankie, and Joey.

In the summer of 2025, our team experienced meaningful loss.
- Khaos — Mario’s dog
- Frankie —Ari’s dog
- Joey — Ari’s dog
They weren’t just pets. They were family.
Losing them was painful — but it also reinforced something that already mattered deeply to us: animals give unconditional loyalty, trust, and love, and far too many of them don’t have anyone advocating for them.
Our volunteering program is dedicated to their memory.
Every hour we spend helping animals in need is a way of honoring the love Khaos, Frankie, and Joey gave us.
How We Volunteer
Our volunteering is centered around supporting animals through our local humane society.
That includes:
- Showing up for animals waiting for safe, loving homes
- Supporting animals who’ve been abandoned, surrendered, or neglected
- Giving time, attention, and care where it’s needed most
There’s no checklist, no spotlight, and no expectation of recognition.
The goal is simple:
Be present for the animals that don’t have anyone else.
What This Represents to the People Who Join Our Team
For many of the people who work here, our volunteering with animals is one of the reasons they chose this company.
Not the only reason — but a meaningful one.
